Hi, I’m Hunter Hinson
I have lived in Denver, Colorado my whole life, besides spending a year as a ski bum in Steamboat Springs. I am an avid skier, car, and travel enthusiast.
I started Real Estate Wholesaling at the age of 19. I was coming back from my first year of college and didn’t know what I was looking for… whether that was a summer internship or a career.
I stumbled across a nationwide group that exclusively did real estate wholesaling. I had no idea what I was getting into, but I came on with them and over a handful of years was able to become the top producer in the group in the nation.
I then started my own wholesaling company and personally wholesaled over 120 properties in the year of 2021. I am now a full time real estate investor. Through real estate wholesaling and investing I have been able to obtain complete financial freedom by the age of 28 and accumulate a networth that most people do not see in their entire lives.
I plan to “retire” from hunting for deals on a day to day basis by the time I am 30 and travel the world.
